Here’s how our Personal, Professional, Affordable process works:
We meet with you at your home (or on the phone, it’s your choice)* to explain the process, gather information and answer your questions. We prepare drafts of the following documents:
A Living Trust;
Two Pour-over Wills,
Two Advance Healthcare Directives;
Two Financial Powers of Attorney; and
A Certification of Trust.
We deliver the draft documents to you for your review. We discuss the documents with you to make sure they do exactly what you want.
When you are satisfied that we have accomplished your goals, we finalize the documents, print them and bring them to your home along with a Transfer Deed and several other important documents. We will bring a Notary (at our cost) to properly notarize your documents. We will then record the Transfer Deed with the proper county (again at our cost) and get it back to you assuring that your trust is properly funded.
*During the Covid-19 Pandemic, we will only have telephone and/or online meetings. We will still deliver your final hard-copies to your home. We will still take care of notarization and recording of your documents.
